Assembly of pressure transmitters across a wide range

With our highly qualified engineering team and many years of professional experience, we assemble diaphragm pressure indicators and pressure transmitters using vacuum technology. We undertake the assembly of pressure indicators and pressure transmitters with threaded or flanged diaphragm seals, either directly or via capillaries up to 10 metres in length.

We design the connections for all standard process interfaces (e.g. DIN, ANSI, etc.). Thanks to our extensive stock of brands and products, we can also meet urgent, short-notice requirements.

Vacuum-technology pressure transmitters assembly

At Component Kft., we perform specialised pressure transmitters assembly using vacuum technology. With this method, the environment around the coupling is completely evacuated with dedicated equipment. This prevents the fill fluid from becoming saturated with gas, which would otherwise reduce the efficiency of the instrument.

For vacuum-technology pressure transmitters assembly, We use a portable device that enables safe and durable coupling and bubble-free filling of the system with fill fluid. The procedure can be carried out over a wide temperature range.
