Lined valves
XOMOX® lined plug valves are completely cavity-free. due to the special body design, the lining fits tightly into the housing.
The plug lining extends above the stem seal. Xomox linings are non-porous and 100% spark-tested. For safety reasons, the lining thickness is oversized.

Xomox PTFE-lined plug valve
Materials:
- Body: EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3, 0.7043) or A352-LCB
- ISO cover: 1.4408
- Plug: up to DN32 – 1.0570; from DN40 – EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3, 0.7043) or steel 1.0570 / 1.0727
- Body and plug lining: PFA
- Casing: 1.0038
Features:
- Face-to-face dimensions: according to EN 558-1 / EN 558-2
- Operation: up to DN100 with hand lever, from DN150 with gearbox (pneumatic actuator also available)
- Operating temperature: –40 to +200 °C

- DN15–300, PN10–16
- ANSI 1/2″–12″, 150 lbs
Xomox PTFE-lined butterfly valve
Materials:
- Body: EN-JS1049 – ASTM A395
- Disc: ductile iron EN-JS1049 – ASTM A395
- Body and disc lining: up to DN300 PFA, from DN350 PTFE Teflon®
Features:
- Face-to-face dimensions: according to EN 558
- Operation: up to DN150 with hand lever, from DN150 with gearbox (pneumatic actuator also available)
- Tight shut-off: actual leakage against atmospheric pressure is less than 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s with helium gas. Meets TA-Luft requirements
Xomox PTFE-lined ball valve
Materials:
- Body: EN-JS1049 – ASTM A395
- Ball: 1.4470 / ASTM A995 gr 4A
- Body and ball lining: PFA Teflon® lined
Features:
- Face-to-face dimensions: according to EN 558
- Operation: with hand lever or gearbox (pneumatic actuator also available)
- Low torque requirement
