Saunders glass-lined diaphragm valve
Since its introduction in the 1950s, the Saunders blue borosilicate glass lining option has provided the best combination of corrosion and abrasion resistance of any valve lining.
Features:
- Excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance
- Smoother flow – especially with viscous fluids
- High purity
- Cost-effective – lower priced than exotic alloys
Saunders PFA diaphragm valve
Saunders PFA diaphragm valves offer the highest chemical resistance of all Saunders products and are ideal for high-purity applications.
Features:
- FDA-approved with full traceability, without cross-contamination from unused polymers of previous batches
- Maintenance-free body bolt design eliminating both internal and external leakage
- Maximum quality ensured by fully automated, in-house injection molding process
Saunders PP diaphragm valve
Polypropylene provides an economical plastic lining solution. It offers good chemical resistance, making it widely used across many industries.
Features:
- Maximum quality ensured by fully automated, in-house injection molding process
- Maintenance-free design eliminating both internal and external leakage
- Excellent corrosion protection and scratch resistance for extreme environments
Saunders PVDF diaphragm valve
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) lining is recognizable by its black color. It offers the greatest permeability resistance of all valve linings and is used in the most critical applications.
Features:
- Lowest permeability of all plastic-lined product ranges
- Maximum quality ensured by fully automated, in-house injection molding process
- Maintenance-free design eliminating both internal and external leakage
- Excellent corrosion protection and scratch resistance for extreme environments
