We operate a NAH-accredited calibration laboratory

For the safe and continuous operation of industrial plants, calibration is of fundamental importance. Through calibration, worn pressure instruments, the type and extent of failure, and the condition of the instrument can be identified. At our Budapest headquarters, we operate a NAH-accredited pressure calibration laboratory, where we perform certified calibration.

In our laboratory, we can calibrate analogue and digital pressure indicators with elastic measuring elements that indicate pressure directly. We calibrate pressure indicators and pressure transmitters in the range from -0.9 to 600 bar using a deadweight pressure standard, with an accuracy of up to 0.01%.

When is calibration needed?

Accurate calibration of instruments is essential to ensure the quality and stability of production processes, especially in hazardous plants with a high risk of explosion. Calibration provides an opportunity for a thorough check of the operation of pressure measuring devices, thereby contributing to increased operational safety.

We recommend performing calibration as a regular, routine check, as well as in special situations such as after removal or repair of instruments. Our work is carried out in our own laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Authority (NAH). After calibration, we issue a calibration certificate with a unique identifier and place a label with this identifier on the calibrated instrument. We retain the measurement results, making it possible to trace the calibration history of instruments calibrated by us.
